Another Door County Adventure

We had another great trip up to Door County this past weekend. Claire had a blast at a local farm and we loved watching her play. We are so grateful for friends who let us stay there. It has been a real blessing for us during our time here in Wisconsin!

Once again...can't figure out why these load funny. We think it may be an issue with our camera. Please let me know if you have a suggestion!

We found a cute little frog while playing outside. I tried to teach Claire to be very gentle with it :) She was excited enough that she could have easily crushed it :)

Claire loves slides....especially big ones!

They had a cool milking game inside. Claire was a pro. Maybe we'll have to get a cow someday :)

At the entry to a very cool corn maze. We did some of it together, and then Brian went back during Claire's nap to conquer the whole thing! Good job Honey!

Peek-a-boo in the corn.

I love this picture of Claire being licked by a pony...sheer joy!

I don't love sand. But, we were on vacation, and I could hardly say "no" :)

Daddy and Claire getting ready to float in the Lake.

The last picture taken before our camera died and before they capsized! We gave Claire (and Dad) a warm bath to help them recover :)

How fun!!! I love that little frog! So cute. I can't believe how big Claire is getting. She's still a baby in my mind! I guess she is almost in nursery though, eh?! Wowsers. That photo of you and claire is gorgeous. You are one beautiful mama! Miss you!!! And thanks for blogging!!!

So jealous of all Clare's hair. Did you have hair like that? She is adorable. How fun.

Hey Julie! I found your blog from Mike and Robyns and had to look! Clair is SO CUTE! She is so big!

I had this issue with pictures as well- on my camera, there was an option for "automatic turning" when it got to the computer. So the computer would recognize it and turn it automatically, but only when I was in a photo viewing software, so I would email them and post them, thinking they were turned, and the whole time, I was sending sideways pics. The computer never saved the turned product, only showed them as turned, so I was really uploading turned pictures that looked like they were turned the right way- if that makes any sense at all. I now have that option turned off and it made life much easier! I don't even know if that is what is going on or not, but in my case, it was just my camera turning the pics on its own, but not REALLY turning the pics. Try looking on your camera to see what you find. Hope this helps! And isn't totally confusing! ha
