Valentine's Day was the day after my birthday and the day before Brian's parents arrived for a visit; Brian was also going to be home late. This was my attempt at making the evening special. Heart-shaped meatloaf...complete with red topping :) Thanks to my sister in law Amelia for her inspiration...she always makes holidays special!

You did forget to mention that you were babysitting your friends little girl so she could give birth on Valentines day too. Thanks again, I owe you!!! You are a wonderful friend! Glad you were able to have some "Romantic Meatloaf".
Ha ha! I love this! I am going to do this sometime. See, just a tiny bit of work, or in this case design makes it special! Way to go! I am proud!
