We had a fun date this past Friday night. Brian had the great idea to make Ratatouille and watch the Disney movie (or at least parts of it). We looked online and found a few recipes, then tweaked it into what we thought we'd like. It was absolutely delicious! (We substituted sausage for eggplant...which we think helped a lot :) We even plated it nicely and used ketchup and Italian seasoning as a garnish. We recommend it to anyone.
